Your Group Leaders
Rabbi Rod Meyers
Rabbi Rod Meyers is a Messianic Rabbi who has served in ministry and education for over 30 years. Rod has taught at schools and ministries across the United States and around the globe. Recently, he has helped build educational programs and schools in Washington State, Nigeria, and Israel. Currently, he is the Senior Pastor at Covington Community Church also serving the local community through faith-based programs, city government (Economic Development Council), Chamber of Commerce and Rotary. Rod has traveled throughout the Middle East, Far East, and Europe bringing people together to discover and experience cultures and develop mutual understanding that leads to peace. Rod has partnered with Mejdi Tours in past Middle East “Peace Trips” and gladly supports their mission and work.
Elad Vazana
Elad is a peace activist with a family heritage
from Morocco where his parents were born. He is based in Israel where he has initiated and led interfaith initiatives between Muslims and Jews. He has led trips
to Morocco with MEJDI and has travelled with Rod Meyers and the Catalyst Travel many times.
Gallery
All the trips we take are educational and geared towards cultural immersion, and that’s true of MEJDI. But none are so first hand and intentionally personal as the MEJDI tour guides are.
