From ancient wonders to modern cities, uncover Egypt on a journey through its past and present.
This trip takes you into one of the world’s oldest civilizations by land, desert, and a private four-day Nile River cruise. You’ll also learn about Egypt as it is today, meeting an archaeologist working on new digs and visiting the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum. Through MEJDI’s established relationships, your Egypt experience is deepened by intimate discussions with professional historians, private meetings with local organizations, and shared meals with Egyptian families. This is Egypt as it was and as it is.

MEJDI was one of the first global tour companies to earn B Corp Certification back in 2014, long before B Corp became widely recognized beyond sustainability circles. For us, this certification is a transparent way to demonstrate that we stand by our values: we ensure local vendors are paid fair wages, prioritize small, locally-owned businesses, and treat our partners and staff with dignity and respect. This deep commitment to social change drives MEJDI’s mission: “We exist to create a more peaceful and interconnected world through travel.”
