Final Payments:

Final invoices for the remaining balance of the tour will be emailed to you by September 1 and will include instructions on how to pay online by check or credit card. Final payments will be due on October 1, 2019.

After Registration:

Please complete the following required forms in order for us to accommodate you on this tour:

Traveler Information Form (complete one form for each traveler): Due September 15, 2019

Each traveler on this tour will need to complete the Traveler Information Form (one form submission for each traveler). This form provides us with all the information we need to ensure you have a safe and successful tour. Information to provide includes:

Emergency Contact Information

Arrival/Departure Information Form (complete one form for each traveler): Due November 1, 2019

Once your flights are confirmed, please fill out the required Flight Information Form (one for each traveler). Information to provide includes:

Arrival/Departure Flight Details
Pre/Post Stay Requests (We can reserve a room in the first and/or last hotels of the tour up to 2 nights prior or after the touring dates)
Private Arrival Airport Transfer Requests (outside the group transfer time – TBD).
