The Israel-Palestine Experience, 2017

Robert A. Pyne, 2014

The Norman Miller Center for Peace, Justice & Public Understanding at St. Norbert College and University of Denver is leading a trip to Israel and Palestine in June 2017.

This trip will enable participants to see historic sites we have heard about our whole lives—places like Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and the Sea of Galilee—while deepening our understanding of the issues and events that have so long divided this land.

Yad Vashem

Everywhere we go, we will spend time with the people—Israeli, Palestinian, Druze—who actually live there, coming to understand their perspectives as we hear their stories, see their faces, and share meals together.

Dome of the Rock

We will see historical, religious, and political narratives come to life in a land sacred to Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, and we will better understand ways in which even we ourselves might contribute to sustainable peace.

Join us for the Israel-Palestine Experience in 2017!
