The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict – A View From Civil Society

This trip is part of a Summer 2016 course on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict being offered by the Department of Political Science at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

 

The central aim of this tour is to expose students to the various struggles and difficulties associated with the Israeli occupation as well as highlight strategies being employed in Israel and the West Bank to peacefully change the status quo. In addition, students will visit major historical sites, enjoy home-stays with Palestinian families and enrich their understanding of Palestinian and Israeli culture.
