Maqlouba/Makluba/Maqlooba is a traditional Palestinian (as well as Jordanian, Iraqi, Lebanese, and Syrian) dish consisting of meat, rice, and fried vegetables placed in a pot which is flipped upside down when served, hence the name maqluba, which translates literally as “upside-down.”

Musakhan & Taboon Bread: $39

Musakhan is a Palestinian Arab cuisine dish, composed of roasted chicken baked with onions, sumac, allspice, saffron, and fried pine nuts served over taboon bread. It is also known as muhammar. It is often considered the national dish of Palestine.

Shakshuka is a classic dish in Israel & Palestine. It can be eaten for breakfast or any meal of the day! It’s made from simple ingredients and is vegetarian. Shakshuka literally means “a mixture” and the traditional version uses tomatoes, onions and spices as the base with eggs poached on top.
